I have had several people come into my home and comment on how good and welcome they feel in my home. My husband often says that he gets through his hectic days at the office just knowing that he gets to come home and feel relaxed again. The reason that my home feels warm and inviting is simply candles. My home is softly lit and smells amazing. I have hanging candle chandelier holders that I use tea lights in. I light candles throughout the rooms in my home and always have different fragrances that compliment each other, not too may florals going at one time. I like to have soft fragrances that permeate throughout the house. My home is inviting and comfortable. It is amazing to me how many people say that they feel so relaxed in my house not knowing that my candles have created the ambiance and the fragrance is subtly filling their senses. On my mantle over the fireplace I use many different style jars and use mostly unscented candles in these just to not have fragrances competing in one space. It is beautiful and elegant to have all of these lit at the same time. I can dim the lights and get enough candle light from these to make my room comforting and inviting. Another great plus is that everyone looks and feels better in candlelight. It is soft and romantic and just makes people relax more. I light candles everyday in my home. My kids and husband love the ambiance and the soft feel that our home provides them. Candles are not just for special occasions. We need to remember to spoil our loved ones and ourselves all the time. Use your good china, use your best bath salts, light your best candles just because you are alive and have so many blessing in your life. I have tried all candles on the market.
